  • Can I return my purchase?

    Yes you can after giving us an appropriate reason, detailed pictures of the artwork and acknowledging the administration and delivery cost*.  


    *Each cost can be different depending the chosen artwork



  • Is it possible to make an offer for a certain work?

    Yes, all ofers will be communicated to the artist and if accepted a deal will be made. 

  • What about the delivery?

    When ordering a product at Engarde take notice that the delivery time is minimum 7  to 14 days. 


    This is because all ar artworks need be be checked, packed and shipped by our professional art handler. 

  • What if my item arrives broken ?

    No worries we got you covered, just send us an email decribing the problem and 360° pictures of the item. Our team will examine the problem and contact you asap. 

  • Why is the shipping cost more expensive than other products?

    Because of the delicate nature of our items we are obligated to work a special art handler to insure the items arrive in one piece.

  • What about the fees?

    Engarde only charges when they sell an artwork. We charge a 25% fee on each artwork. 

  • In how many countries is Engarde active?

    We are a worldwide organisation available 24/7. 

  • How many days does it take after selling to receive the money on my bankaccount?

    The moment we recieve the transfer of the client and the confirmation of delivery Engarde will

    deposit the money within 15 days. 

  • How much time before the artist gets informed about selection?

    From the moment we recieve your portfolio we need 30 days to examine  and get back to you. 

  • What are Engarde quality standards?

    Our standards are defined by our curator and partners. 

  • Is this agreement exclusive?

    No it is not exclusive, only on the work you offered to expose on Engarde. 

  • Who organizes packaging and shipping?

    The shipping voucher will be automatically generated and send to the artist. The artist needs to prepare the artwork for shipping and contact our delivery service to retrieve the artwork. The cost are charged to the client.

  • Can I terminate the agreement at any time?

    Yes, but with a 3 months written notice. 

  • How do I stop the collaboration with Engarde?

    By sending a registerd letter to Engarde's HQ keeping in mind the 3 months notice. 

  • Who is responsible for damage?

    The delivery company is insured for damages according to their T&C's.

  • Who is responsible for images to be displayed on the website?

    The artist is responsible to deliver all necesssary information for the platform.
